Hvor er de sociale institutioner på vej hen? Der er med rette en vis
bekymring for om kommunerne kan løfte opgaven. Ikke fordi viljen ikke
er tilstede, men fordi regeringen presser kommunerne på økonomien. Det
kan betyde, at man vil se ekstra på de dyre foranstaltninger, det er at
placere borgerne på disse institutioner. Det er vigtigt, at kommunerne
formår at samarbejde. Ikke alle kan have ekspertisen til at behandle
borger med komplekse sociale og/eller psykiske handicap. Jeg mener at
kvaliteten og det rigtige tilbud til borgerne vægter højere end
